This past weekend, I spent several hours trying to figure out the Italian (or, as they call it, "tubular") cast-on that I had learned several years before at Ann Budd's workshop. It's a nice and stretchy cast-on that is perfect for socks and hats.
When I finally figured it out, I made several merino hats for our Hazel Village friends.What a fun October look!
